What counts as a translation hour?
Time when someone is speaking, for each listener language. Silence, songs and music pauses do not count toward spoken usage.
Do listeners pay or need an account?
No. Listeners scan a QR code or open a link on their phone. There is no app to install, no account to create, and every plan includes unlimited listeners.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Sign in with Google to get 4 free translation hours, or open the live demo on your phone first.
Is the translated voice a real person?
No. Translated voices are natural AI voices, clearly labeled for listeners, who can switch audio off and read captions instead.
Can we change or cancel our plan?
Yes. Manage your plan from your account page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Who handles payments and invoices?
Paddle is our merchant of record. It handles checkout, taxes and invoices, and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
